We are non governmental organisation permanent NGO organisation. On this moment BOLEG associates 10 organisations representing from different ethnic minorities or migrant groups. Members of Women from BOLEG organisations have their own business, others try to find their place in business world or solve their employment issues in Lithuania. Role of organisation:
- Encourage women to seek a professional career more actively or establish their own business,
- To develop women language skills to brake the language barrier, -Establish a consulting, mutual assistant service,
- Develop educational and training programmes aiming for better migrant women integration to Lithuanian society.
